The Demo Day stage of the “Best Startup Idea” competition for students and staff has concluded at Kimyo International University in Tashkent
The competition featured hardware projects and prototypes, IT solutions, new services, and innovative technologies aimed at improving university operations. Eighteen shortlisted startup teams presented their projects to the jury and took part in Q&A sessions.
The projects were evaluated based on innovation, technical readiness, team potential, financial planning, marketing strategy, and practical impact.
Among the projects presented were Kimyoxon AI Assistant, EDUCoin, Virtual Clinic, M-Review, KIUT Hamroh, and QurOson.
Up to 100 million UZS in funding is planned to support the best projects.
The jury is currently finalizing the results. The winners and projects selected for funding will be announced soon.
